Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Business Development Associate located in Metro Manila. The Junior Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the management team in project development and execution. The day-to-day tasks include market research, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Market research and data analysis skills for identifying business opportunities
  • Project management skills for supporting project development and execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in preparing presentations and proposals
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
