  • Provide merchant consultation, support, and care via phone, email, and social media channels
  • Monitor and handle orders, complaints, and customer feedback. Also translate store menu to korean and chinese.
  • Introduce products/services to potential customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service quality and customer experience
  • Contribute ideas for improving service quality and business performance

Working Hours:

  • Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sat: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

After probation

  • 2 Saturdays of work per month
  • 2 afternoon shifts per month (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

Requirements

  • Chinese nationality (Joseonjok preferred)
  • Proficiency in Korean (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Experience in customer service and sales preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to various situations
  • Proficient in office software and customer service tools (Viber, KakaoTalk, Facebook Page, etc.)
  • Responsible, team-oriented, and eager to learn and grow
  • Proficiency in both Korean and English is an advantage
