
Customer Service Representative

- Provide merchant consultation, support, and care via phone, email, and social media channels
- Monitor and handle orders, complaints, and customer feedback. Also translate store menu to korean and chinese.
- Introduce products/services to potential customers
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service quality and customer experience
- Contribute ideas for improving service quality and business performance
Working Hours:
- Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sat: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
After probation
- 2 Saturdays of work per month
- 2 afternoon shifts per month (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
Requirements
- Chinese nationality (Joseonjok preferred)
- Proficiency in Korean (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Experience in customer service and sales preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to various situations
- Proficient in office software and customer service tools (Viber, KakaoTalk, Facebook Page, etc.)
- Responsible, team-oriented, and eager to learn and grow
- Proficiency in both Korean and English is an advantage
