Job Description: Customer Service Representative
Qualifications:
- Completed at least 2 years in college without back subjects
- At least 1 year BPO voice experience in any account
- Experience in Insurance/Healthcare account is a huge advantage
- Local account experience would do
- Good to excellent communication skills
Working Conditions
- Day Shift (Weekends off)
- Hybrid Setup
- 40 days training (4 days onsite 1 day WFH)
- 2 - 3 days onsite after training depending on performance
