Job Description: Customer Service Representative

Qualifications:

  • Completed at least 2 years in college without back subjects
  • At least 1 year BPO voice experience in any account
  • Experience in Insurance/Healthcare account is a huge advantage
  • Local account experience would do
  • Good to excellent communication skills

Working Conditions

  • Day Shift (Weekends off)
  • Hybrid Setup
  • 40 days training (4 days onsite 1 day WFH)
  • 2 - 3 days onsite after training depending on performance
