Job Summary:

The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing standard engineering policies for the Building Management Department.

Job Description:

  • Reports directly to the Technical Support Manager.

  • Standardize guidelines and policies related on his/her engineering trade.

  • Scope of work creation and technical evaluation of maintenance, repair and improvement projects.

  • Review and evaluate construction plans of new buildings and constructing tenants.

  • Attend technical meetings with the Project Management Department (PMD) for new buildings and recommend engineering and design operations perspective.

  • Conduct regular technical audit of sites and finalizes the report with the Technical Support Manager.

  • Analyzes the Computerized Maintenance and Management System (CMMS) technical data and recommend corrective/preventive actions for the implementation of operations team.

  • Performs turnover/ opening team functions for new buildings, conducting punchlist works and assists on the transition from construction team to operations team.

  • Acts as emergency response team personnel during crisis management situations.

Qualifications:

  • Electrical/Mechanical Engineer with two (2) years of work experience in operations, construction management and technical design/ planning.
