Cartrack is a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for Customer Care Officer (Local Account) to join our team. What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all technical customer inquiries via inbound calls and email.
  • Manage and support key local accounts in the Philippines, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Monitor daily fleet repairs and ensure compliance with the Fleet Non-Streaming List.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to verify the status of non-streaming units and schedule necessary repairs.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Support customer retention efforts through exceptional service, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3 to 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in the local BPO, service-oriented, Information Technology /SaaS industries or automotive related companies.
  • Background in customer service and customer retention is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; confident with presentation tools and other digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
