Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Payroll Officer to join our Accounts & Payroll team. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of weekly and fortnightly payrolls, maintaining payroll system integrity, and supporting employees and management with payroll-related queries.

You will play a key role in ensuring payroll compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement across payroll and related administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end weekly and fortnightly payroll for a large organisation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for payroll-related queries and manage the payroll inbox.
  • Apply Awards, EBAs, and employment agreements accurately, managing PAYG, payroll tax, and other contributions.
  • Process payroll deductions and maintain accurate payroll and employee records.
  • Assist with year-end payroll and financial reporting, including statutory submissions.
  • Support payroll compliance with awards, enterprise agreements, and legislation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Accounts & Payroll Officer as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience as an Account & Payroll Officer
  • Act as a key point of contact for payroll-related queries and manage the payroll inbox.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian legislation, Awards, EBAs, and AWA compliance.
  • Experienced using Pronto software.
  • Ensure accurate and timely PAYG, payroll tax, and superannuation calculations and payments.
  • Process payroll deductions and maintain accurate payroll and employee records.
  • Assist with year-end payroll and financial reporting, including statutory submissions.
  • Support payroll compliance with awards, enterprise agreements, and legislation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Accounts & Payroll Officer as required.
  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, Morning Shift)
