What this job involves:

You will be responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of mechanical plant and facilities equipment to ensure optimal daily performance. This includes regularly inspecting all mechanical equipment rooms and facilities, conducting preventive maintenance on FCUs (Fan Coil Units), ACCUs (Air Conditioning Control Units), UPS systems, chillers, and other critical mechanical systems. You'll document findings using predefined checklists and coordinate weekend work plans with duty technicians, providing technical guidance as needed.

You'll be expected to diagnose and resolve issues with:

  • HVAC systems,
  • Cooling equipment,
  • Power systems, and other
  • Mechanical infrastructure.

When specialized work is required, you'll coordinate with approved vendors and contractors on short notice. You'll also oversee the implementation of equipment relocations, additions, and modifications while ensuring all work complies with local governmental regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the filed
  • NC2 or NC3 certification
