What you'll do:

As a Project and Warranty Administrator, you will create and compile manuals, reports, proposals, and submissions in a timely and accurate manner; work closely with colleagues, suppliers, and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget; confidently provide regular verbal and written updates to keep all stakeholders informed of project statuses; and continually explore ways to enhance customer service, drive innovation, and improve business processes.

Key responsibilities for this role includes:

  • Monitor project milestones and complete associated documentation.
  • Review tender submissions for technical accuracy prior to sending to our customer.
  • Maintain various project related Excel and ERP databases both Internal and External.
  • Compile warranty and post warranty letters and related documentation.
  • Prepare status reports (as required) and communicate with teams.
  • Assist Project Managers in creating various documentation required for projects.
  • Attend any external project meetings via Team and Online communication platforms.
  • Constantly have all relevant spreadsheets and databases updated at all times both Internal and External
  • Create and submit purchase orders, review and process supplier invoices.
  • Recommend administrative amendments, improvements and implement any agreed new procedures.
  • Demonstrate our company brand values in all activities, behaviors and actions and decision making on a daily basis.
  • Comply with all health and safety requirements of the company and associated legislation.
  • Any other duties that may be required to fulfill daily operational requirements during Australian Eastern Standard time.

Successful candidates must have:

  • Mechanical engineering degree
  • Intermediate level MS Office skills
  • Experience in project deliveries
  • Have experience in creating Operation & Maintenance Manuals and Functional Descriptions.
  • Technical knowledge of Air conditioning or Data Centres is highly regarded.
  • Experience in a similar role would be highly regarded

Work Arrangements:

  • Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
  • Work Setup: Work On-Site
  • Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
