Are you a strategic thinker, a dynamic leader, and results-driven? We're looking for a Broker Managers who can oversee projects, drive sales, and build strong relationships with brokers and partners.
Qualifications:
Must be a 4-year graduateMust be based in Metro Manila
Focused and diligent
Experience in Sales
Proven experience in real estate management or property sales (negotiable)
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Must know how to use Canva or Adobe (Optional)
Job description:
Accredit and renew licensed real estate brokers
Must conduct project briefing and site orientation to ebrokers and sellers
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Ensure client satisfaction and service excellence
