  • Admin Task: maintain employee-related records (physically and digitally), generate official internal documents, create people policies and procedures and ensure policy awareness.
  • Talent acquisition: Posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing the hiring process.
  • Onboarding and training: Orienting new hires, educating them on company policies, and coordinating training and development programs.
  • Compensation and benefits: Administering employee benefits, processing payroll, and managing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Employee relations: Addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, enforcing company policies, and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Performance management: Assisting with performance evaluations, feedback, and goal-setting.
  • Compliance: Ensuring the company adheres to Philippine local employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to act as a liaison between employees and management.
  • The ability to balance empathy with company policy.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple HR functions simultaneously.
  • with good leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
