Job Description

The HR Generalist plays a vital role in managing and enhancing all facets of human resources operations. This position is responsible for implementing and overseeing HR policies, procedures, and programs; offering expert guidance on employee relations; driving the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle; and ensuring strict adherence to labor laws and regulations. We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional who demonstrates a deep understanding of HR best practices and excels in building strong, collaborative relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced or multi-location environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and due process procedures
  • Technical Skills & Knowledge:
  • Proficient in managing end-to-end onboarding processes, including employee orientation, pre-employment documentation, compliance monitoring, and coordination with HR offices.
  • Ability to maintain and update HR reports on key metrics such as pre-employment compliance, onboarding status, and KPI submissions.
  • Skilled in handling disciplinary processes with strict adherence to due process (issuing Notices to Explain, conducting hearings).
  • Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong collaborator, able to work closely with department heads and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Additional Competencies:
  • Experience in conducting employee engagement initiatives and "HR Talks" to address early employee concerns.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-changing work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
