  • Provide production support through setup/hardware debug and first level verification of low yielding lots/wafers
  • Work with Engineers and technicians on Process and Yield improvement initiatives.
  • Perform correlation activities on setups for production use
  • Support test setup qualification and correlation through GRR and MSA.

  • Support/Initiate continuous improvement actions/projects

  • Graduate of electrical or electronic technical course

  • 4-5 years of experience in semiconductor industry
  • 2-3 years' experience as Test product Technician
