LMTP Corporation is seeking a skilled Mold Technician to join our team in Calamba City Laguna. As a full-time Mold Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and operating the moulding equipment that is central to our manufacturing processes. What you'll be doing

• Operate and monitor moulding machines to ensure efficient and consistent production
• Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on moulding equipment to maintain optimum performance
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues with moulding equipment, and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Collaborate with the production team to optimise moulding processes and meet quality standards
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to moulding operations
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mold Technician or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Strong technical understanding of moulding equipment, materials, and processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the production team
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and a demonstrated commitment to workplace safety
