Manage and regularly monitor the P&L of the branch which also includes the Parts Inventory Management, Insurance renewal collection monitoring, Warranty Collection, HCPI Subsidy Collection, and ROP Management.
Develop and implement business plans and strategies that covers sales, service, parts, revenue, and expense controls
Identify emerging markets and market shifts/trends while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Forecast requirements; prepare annual budgets; schedule and monitors expenditures; analyze variances
Design and implement revenue generating activities for sales, marketing, parts, and service to achieve growth and profitability
Coordinate with distributor/manufacturer in terms of programs and plans that impact the total business of the dealership
Develop geographic areas and assigned channels for Sales and Service and coordinates with department heads for actual coverage
Ensure that all accounts receivables from all profit centers are managed accordingly
Present actual car and parts sales performance, service performance, revenue and expense reports as well as realistic forecasts
Monitor after sales and service activities
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs
Monitor agreed CRM activities of Sales, Parts, Service, and its support teams.
Conduct performance review of employees versus agreed KRAs and KPIs and provide the necessary intervention to help improve employee performance.
Manage both human and other resources for maximum operational efficiency.
Lead performance coaching, monitoring, and delegation of tasks and responsibilities of the whole branch.
Manage risk and safety of the branch to comply with government and company regulations, policies and guidelines.
Acts as the Occupational Safety and Health Committee Head; Ensure that all government requirements and documentation are compiled for.
