Best Tools is looking for a SIA – Stockman to join our Marikina branch

Position Summary:

The SIA – Stockman will manage inventory and stock within the store, ensuring proper receiving, organization, and record-keeping. This role helps maintain efficient store operations and requires willingness to attend training in Manila.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming stock for quantity and quality.
  • Properly store and organize inventory in assigned areas.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, updating stock cards or electronic systems.
  • Assist with regular stock counts and help reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Support the store team with general stock management and housekeeping tasks.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and team members regarding deliveries and returns.
  • Follow safety and security guidelines when handling inventory.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in stock handling, store support, or inventory-related tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory procedures and stock management.
  • Open to training in Manila.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physically able to perform manual tasks related to stock handling.
