Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and creative LinkedIn Content & Social Media Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content tailored for LinkedIn and other social platforms while supporting multiple clients across various industries. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and the ability to produce content that resonates with professional audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write compelling and professional content for LinkedIn and other social media channels, blogs, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with designers by preparing design briefs and creative direction for visuals.
- Develop scripts for videos, motion graphics, and other multimedia materials.
- Track content performance and prepare monthly reports and summaries.
- Analyze engagement data to identify growth opportunities and optimize content strategy.
- Upload and manage posts on social media platforms.
- Contribute ideas for social campaigns and creative initiatives.
- Communicate with clients to align on strategy, gather feedback, and provide progress updates.
- Create and manage briefs for designers, editors, and other team members to ensure deliverable accuracy.
- Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or ) to track tasks and report progress.
Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills with a professional yet engaging tone.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with task management systems.
- Creative thinking and a proactive mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience writing for professional audiences, especially on LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword usage.
- Basic understanding of design and layout for social media graphics.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
- Experience in project coordination or client communication.
- Video or motion graphic scriptwriting experience is a plus.
