ROLE OVERVIEW

We're seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist with at least 3 years of experience managing and growing social media channels. You'll be responsible for managing our content calendar, scheduling posts, creating compelling visual and video content, and engaging with our audience across platforms — primarily Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.

You'll collaborate closely with our content team to amplify blog content, share wins, and ultimately drive engagement and qualified leads.

KEY RESPONSIBILIT

  • Content Calendar Management: Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
  • Content Creation: Design and edit both static and video content in line with our brand guidelines for Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Posting & Scheduling: Ensure at least 4 high-quality posts per week, scheduled and published on time using appropriate tools.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to repurpose blog articles, announcements, and case studies for social media.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics and provide regular insights to inform strategy and content decisions.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content reflects Tonza Deals' tone, style, and values.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 years experience managing business social media accounts.
  • Proven ability to create and edit engaging video and static content.
  • Strong understanding of Meta and LinkedIn best practices and audience behavior.
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Buffer, Later, or similar.
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong visual sensibility.
  • Understanding of performance metrics and how to use data to guide decisions.

BONUS POINTS FOR:

  • Performance marketing experience, including running paid social ads on Meta or LinkedIn.
  • Experience in lead generation or B2B marketing.
  • Background working with e-commerce, SaaS, or deal-based brands.
  • Familiarity with SEO and blog content promotion strategies.
