The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing top accounts and projects, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

Duties

  • Coordinate activities involving sales.
  • Create opportunities for account growth and new business.
  • Works with the project team to maintain knowledge of the on-going projects.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Coordinate with the design team to make sure that the proposed design is accurate.
  • Coordinate with the accounting department on price schedules.
  • Coordinate with the administration department on other administrative work.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures attainment of company sales quota and profitability.
  • Responsible for correct submission of tender and proposal
  • Responsible in creating new account
  • Responsible in maintaining good relationship with the existing account
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales in IT Industry: 1 year (Required)
