About the role

Basic Hauling and Logistic Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Aircon Technician to join our team in Antipolo City Rizal on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the air conditioning systems of our fleet of commercial vehicles. Your expertise will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning systems on a variety of commercial vehicles
  2. Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing of vehicle air conditioning components
  3. Diagnose and resolve complex issues with air conditioning systems using advanced diagnostic equipment
  4. Maintain detailed records of all repair and maintenance work undertaken
  5. Provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements to improve efficiency and performance
  6. Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Formal qualification in automotive air conditioning or refrigeration, such as a Certificate III or higher
  2. Proven experience as an Automotive Aircon Technician, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience
  3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and rectify issues
  4. Excellent knowledge of air conditioning system components, electrical systems, and diagnostic procedures
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality, timely results
  6. Strong communication skills to provide clear progress updates and recommendations to management
  7. A valid driver's licence and the ability to operate a range of commercial vehicles
