Job Description:
The role includes managing and coordinating regular meetings with clients and suppliers,
sending calendar invitations, scheduling Zoom calls/face-to-face meetings, and tracking
attendance confirmations. In addition, providing basic administrative support as needed.
Responsibilities:
● Scheduling meetings in digital calendars (Google/Outlook).
● Sending invitations and following up on confirmations.
● Coordinating Zoom calls and in-person meetings.
● Providing general support with simple administrative tasks.
Requirements:
● Previous experience in meeting coordination/administration – an advantage.
● Basic proficiency with computer tools and digital calendars.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
● Good level of English – required.
