We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Staff member to support daily supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, logistics coordination, and data management. This role is essential in ensuring smooth flow of materials and information across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in coordinating purchase orders, deliveries, and shipment schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels and update records to ensure accurate stock data.
  • Prepare and process procurement documents, including purchase orders and supplier invoices.
  • Support communication with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials or products.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, shipments, and stock levels using ERP or inventory systems.
  • Help resolve supply chain issues such as delays, shortages, or quality problems.
  • Prepare routine supply chain reports and assist in data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or procurement role (internship experience is acceptable).
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other inventory systems) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.

Preferred Skills (Optional):
  • Basic understanding of import/export procedures.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations or logistics tracking systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Work Environment:
  • Office-based role with possible visits to warehouse or supplier locations.
  • Regular business hours with occasional overtime during peak periods.
