SAP Project Lead

Locations: Ortigas orNovaliches -- 2 days work from home, 3 days on-site.

About the Role

As a SAP Project Lead, you'll coordinate and monitor multiple IT initiatives from planning to completion. You'll help ensure that timelines are met, deliverables are well-documented, and stakeholders remain aligned every step of the way. The position works closely with internal departments and external vendors to make sure projects are delivered on time and with quality.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to keep initiatives moving smoothly.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to stay on target.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and progress updates for management.
  • Support the deployment of new systems, tools, or applications across the organization.
  • Monitor compliance with project standards and ensure alignment with company goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related course.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT or project coordination, ideally in a corporate setup.
  • Skilled in MS Project, Excel, and project tracking tools.
  • Working knowledge of project management approaches such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Strong coordination, organization, and communication abilities.
  • Experience with system rollouts or SAP implementations is an advantage.
  • Open to assignments in Ortigas, or Novaliches.
