About the role

As our Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing strategy and initiatives for St. Jerome School - a leading educational institution located in Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for implementing effective marketing campaigns that promote our school's reputation and attract prospective students and families.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, website, print materials, and events
  • Create engaging content such as blog posts, social media updates, and marketing collateral to showcase our school's offerings and achievements
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to support student recruitment efforts and manage the school's online presence and reputation
  • Analyse marketing performance data and provide insights to continuously improve the effectiveness of our campaigns
  • Support the planning and coordination of school events and activities to enhance our community engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and impactful

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the education or service industry
  • Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging messages
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A creative mindset and an eye for design, with the ability to produce visually appealing marketing materials
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance reporting
  • A passion for education and a commitment to supporting the growth and development of our students
