We are hiring skilled construction support professionals to join our growing team. These roles support bidding, estimating, and project coordination, offering opportunities to contribute directly to project success.

Rate: Up to $8/hr (role-dependent)

Schedule: US Time Zones

Work Setup: 100% Remote


Bid Coordinator – Up to $8/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review bids for accuracy and completeness.
  • Download, organize, and summarize bid documents into Top Sheets.
  • Coordinate with estimating, gas, and project management teams.
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam (preferred).
  • Strong task management and attention to detail.
  • Construction-related experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Estimator (Temporary Wall Systems / Containment Solutions) – Up to $8/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review drawings, bid documents, and specifications.
  • Perform accurate takeoffs and prepare detailed cost estimates.
  • Source pricing from vendors/subcontractors.
  • Prepare competitive proposals and scope letters.
  • Collaborate with sales, project management, and clients.
  • Support shop drawings, change orders, and revisions.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in construction estimating (containment solutions a plus).
  • Knowledge of construction documents, materials, and pricing methods.
  • Skilled in estimating software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Bid Estimator Coordinator – Up to $8/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing bids, drawings, and project documents.
  • Perform takeoffs and support cost estimating activities.
  • Compile, organize, and track bid documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on bid requirements.
  • Prepare preliminary summaries and reports for leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Background in estimating or bid coordination.
  • Strong Excel skills; construction software experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communicator with a proactive approach.

General Requirements (All Roles)
  • Prior remote work experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in US Time Zones.
  • Stable internet and professional home office setup.
