Home-Based Estimating Assistant

We're looking for a Home-Based Estimating Assistant to join our U.S.-based client in the construction industry. In this role, you'll assist the estimating team by organizing project documentation, tracking subcontractor proposals, managing bid calendars, and supporting post-bid reviews. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assist estimators in collecting and organizing project data, drawings, and specifications.
• Request, track, and organize vendor and subcontractor quotes.
• Organize bid tabs.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, and managing bid calendars.
• Support post-bid reviews and maintain accurate documentation.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Associate degree in Construction Management, Estimating, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in construction estimating support, materials management, or project coordination.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Schedule: Must be able to work U.S. EST hours (graveyard shift in PH time).

• Technical Skills:

• Understanding of CSI divisions and construction terminology.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
• Familiarity with estimating and construction software such as ISqFt, Building Connected, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, QuickBid, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, or Procore.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Demonstrates initiative by anticipating needs, identifying potential issues, and taking action without being prompted

• Salary Range: PHP 40,000 – 43,000

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (USA)
• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
