We are looking for Cash Advance Refund Field Representatives.

The Cash Advance Refund Field representative will fulfill the following duties:

  • Conducts field investigations related to Cash Advance Refund processing including, but not limited to: Current customer status, Customer whereabouts and Authorized personnel to facilitate refund process
  • Delivers notices, letters, and other important documents to refund claimants
  • Gather necessary supporting evidence or documents pertaining to customer Cash Advance Refunds that have been pending
  • Prepares comprehensive reports based on field investigations and customer interviews.
  • Collaborates with other teams and offices as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder of any program
  • With experience in field investigation, customer probing and in case documentation and filing

  • Handled customers thru direct interaction, either thru in-person engagements, phone calls or digital comms

  • With excellent communication skills and pleasing personality

  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work full onsite and on field

Skills/Competencies:

  • Adept in conducting structured and unstructured customer interviews
  • Able to write clear, concise, and objective documentation of findings
  • Effective verbal and written communication with customers.
  • Able to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Ability to carefully and safely handle documents
  • With driver's license (professional or non-professional). Able to drive both 4-wheel car and motorcycle
