ROLE INTRODUCTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Manager to support our CEO in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, particularly in front-office operations such as guest services or relations, as well as experience in marketing or creative industries. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex tasks with initiative and creativity. The Executive Manager will be responsible for executing ideas effectively, prioritizing tasks, creating organic designs, and communicating strategically, all while maintaining confidentiality. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior management and contribute to the organization's success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Management & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align efforts with strategic goals and track task progress, proactively identifying risks.
  • Support project teams by guiding them towards milestones while fostering a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment.

Trust-Building & Issue Resolution:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to ongoing projects, ensuring open communication and efficient information flow for the CEO.
  • Identify and escalate issues requiring senior intervention to the CEO while fostering a problem-solving culture.

Executive & Administrative Support:

  • Manage the CEO's schedule, prioritize appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare reports, track follow-ups, and act as a liaison with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize meetings, events, and manage files, ensuring effective time management.
  • Assist with task prioritization, maintaining confidentiality, and providing ad-hoc support when needed.

Digital & Content Management:

  • Monitor and update the organization's website and social media platforms, coordinating with the content marketer.
  • Provide the CEO with regular updates on digital content.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or business administration or marketing agency. Proven experience in lieu of this is allowed.
  • Must have a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly in front-office operations such as guest services or guest relations, with experience in design or marketing support.
  • Knowledgeable in Social Media or Content Management and Graphics Design is a huge advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think creatively, and execute ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, Canva, Adobe tools (PS, AI, ID), and other relevant software applications such as work management platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style for diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a positive attitude and a solutions-oriented approach
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
