We are seeking a highly capable Project Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at TERTEX INTERNATIONAL PHILS. INC.'. As a Project Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of our projects in  Metro Manila area and Visayas. This is a full-time position that will allow you to utilise your expertise in project engineering to drive our company's growth and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Effectively manage and coordinate all on-site engineering activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure clear communication and the seamless integration of all project components
  • Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies to optimise efficiency and mitigate potential risks
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, including supervising and mentoring junior engineers
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and best practices

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.WILL CONSIDER NEW GRADS.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong project management and coordination abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
  • Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with relevant construction laws, regulations, and safety protocols
