Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Execution

  • Oversee installation of ICT infrastructure (structured cabling, fiber optics, wireless networks, data center components).
  • Ensure ICT and construction works align with design plans, timelines, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify quality and performance.
  • Support the Project Manager with coordination and execution of site activities.

Technical Coordination & Problem-Solving

  • Collaborate with ICT engineers, facilities engineers, MEP teams, and contractors.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity, power, and hardware integration issues on-site.
  • Assist in system testing, commissioning, and performance verification before handover.
  • Recommend technical improvements or modifications as needed.

Compliance, Safety & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, BICSI, TIA/EIA, NEC, etc.).
  • Enforce safety protocols in ICT-related construction works.
  • Perform quality control checks to confirm installations meet specifications.
  • Document and report site progress, incidents, and non-conformities.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials, and work progress.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing as-built drawings, test reports, and handover documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), ICT, or related field (preferred).
  • 4–6 years of experience in site engineering for ICT, telecom, or smart infrastructure projects.
  • Hands-on experience with network infrastructure, data centers, and low-voltage systems (CCTV, access control, BMS, etc.).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, or similar design and scheduling tools.

Key Skills

  • Strong technical knowledge of ICT and construction methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Experience with fiber optic and structured cabling installations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
