Job Summary:

The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing construction projects on-site, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately, work is carried out safely, and projects are completed on time and within budget. They act as the technical link between design teams, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
  • Interpret and implement project designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Inspect work quality and materials used; identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Prepare progress reports, site instructions, and daily logs.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants on technical matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, changes, and incidents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
