Project Staff – Group Life Sales Support

We're looking for a Project Staff – Group Life Sales Support to provide administrative and operational assistance to our Group Life Sales Team. This is a 12-month project role designed to help strengthen client servicing, improve efficiency, and support the team in achieving its sales and service goals.

This is your chance to gain real exposure to group insurance sales operations, work alongside senior leaders, and learn how corporate protection plans are delivered at scale.


What you'll do
  • Sales support: Prepare proposals, client presentations, quotations, and internal sales documents.
  • Pipeline management: Consolidate weekly reports, maintain trackers, and ensure dashboards are up to date.
  • Account servicing support: Assist with client onboarding requirements, census encoding, billing coordination, and claims documentation.
  • Event & project coordination: Help organize orientations, roadshows, and client engagement activities.
  • Team assistance: Provide day-to-day admin support to the Group Life Sales Head and the broader sales team.
  • Documentation & compliance: Ensure contracts, MOAs, and client records are properly routed and filed according to company policies.
  • Special projects: Support initiatives to digitize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the client experience.

What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree (any field); fresh grads are welcome, but experience in admin support, sales coordination, or insurance/HMO operations is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets skills highly preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work with different teams.
  • Willingness to learn the ins and outs of Group Life products and sales operations.
