What you'll be doing

  1. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for our internal IT systems and applications
  2. Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
  3. Helping to develop and implement IT policies and procedures

  5. Participating in the implementation of new IT initiatives and projects
  6. Ensuring the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. Familiarity with hardware and software troubleshooting
  4. Knowledge of IT security best practices
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
