Job Title: Sales Executive – HDPE Pipes & Plastic Boards
Location: Metro Manila (with travel to Luzon / Philippines)
Company Summary:
Stalwart Synthetic Products Philippines is a leading manufacturer/distributor of HDPE pipes and high-quality plastic boards serving the infrastructure, construction and industrial sectors in the Philippines. We are expanding our sales force and looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to help us grow.
Role Summary:
- As Sales Executive, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage and grow account relationships, and ultimately drive revenue growth in your assigned territory. You will be selling HDPE piping systems and plastic boards to construction contractors, wholesale/retail, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new leads and customers in the construction/infrastructure sector.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas for HDPE pipes and plastic boards.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, close deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and cross-sell other products.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years sales experience, preferably B2B in industrial/technical products (HDPE/piping/plastics a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, ability to work independently.
