Project Location: Bacolod City, Negros Occidental

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the execution of the contracts of various contractors and suppliers Ensure that copy of contracts is in place at the project site office.
  • Oversee Contractors Quality Control and Safety Programme.
  • Secure shop drawings, material submittal, and request for information from contractors and suppliers for review by the consultants.
  • Take care of orders for long lead materials and equipment necessary for construction of the project.
  • To mark-up the drawings of the progress of their works (as-built drawings), and submitted by contractors, at least one (1) months in advance of completion, for submission to the Project Manager. Final O & M Manuals should be submitted at the completion of the project.
  • Review defects list submitted and makes sure that the action plans in fixing/amending these defects are carried out successfully in a given timelines os it would not affect the turnover of the project.
  • Prepares Quality Control tools and programme and QCP 101 has been approved at the early start of the project.
  • Supervises testing and commissioning of all utilities.
  • Maintains a fully detailed Project Logbook
  • Keep accurate register of drawings for all Trades.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering with PRC License
  • Minimum of 10 years experience as Project Manager
  • At least 5 years experience in mid-rise to high rise buildings
  • Proficient in design softwares such as AutoCAD/SketchUp or equivalent
  • Proficient in planning softwares such as Primavera / MS Project
