The Role As an Architecture Intern, you will gain hands -on experience across various aspects of architectural design and project development—including conceptual design, drafting, 3D modeling, site research, and collaboration on sustainable housing projects.Assist in the preparation of design drawings, presentations, and documentationSupport conceptual design development and space planningConduct site analysis and research on building codes, materials, and sustainable solutionsCreate 2D/3D models, diagrams, and visualizationsParticipate in internal design reviews and client presentationsAssist with coordination across architecture, engineering, and construction teamsSupport project tracking and administrative tasks as neededResearch local housing codes (e.g., BP 220 for Socialized and Economic Housing) and solar performance for master planningAssist in drafting a BillionBricks Master plan Guidebook that integrates design, regulation, and energy principlesSupport the creation of the PowerShade Installation Manual, including visual graphics, process flow, and user -friendly presentation of technical instructionsRequirements Skills & ExperienceUndergraduate pursuing a degree in Architecture or related fieldProficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, RevIt, Adobe Suite)Preferably knows Google Suites and graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)Exhibit excellent due diligence in researching building standards and building materialsStrong attention to detail and design sensibilityInterest in sustainability, housing innovation, and social impactExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAvailability to work on -site preferred to maximize learning and exposure
