We are seeking an experienced Architectural QAQC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) Inspector to oversee the fitout phase of a premium hotel project. You will be responsible for ensuring all interior construction, finishes, and installations meet architectural specifications, design standards, and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Quality Inspections: Conduct daily and phase-specific inspections of fitout works including:Interior finishes (flooring, wall coverings, ceiling systems)Architectural elements (doors, windows, partitions)Millwork and custom cabinetryLighting and fixture installationsPaint and coating applicationsSpecification Compliance: Verify all materials, products, and workmanship comply with:Architectural drawings and specificationsDesign intent and standardsBuilding codes and regulationsHotel brand standardsDocumentation & Reporting:Prepare daily inspection reportsDocument non-conformances and defectsTrack corrective actions and remediationMaintain comprehensive QAQC recordsCoordination: Liaise between:Design team and architectsContractors and subcontractorsProject managementClient representativesDefect Management: Identify, document, and oversee rectification of:Workmanship defectsMaterial failuresInstallation errorsRequired Qualifications:Education: Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related fieldExperience: Minimum 5+ years in architectural QAQC inspection, preferably in hospitality fitout projectsTechnical Knowledge:Proficiency in reading architectural drawings and specificationsUnderstanding of building codes and standardsKnowledge of interior finishes and construction methodsFamiliarity with QAQC software and documentation systemsSkills:Attention to detail and quality-focused mindsetStrong communication and reporting abilitiesProblem-solving and decision-makingPhotography and documentation skillsSite safety awarenessPreferred Qualifications:Experience with luxury hotel or hospitality projectsKnowledge of international hotel brand standards (Marriott, Hilton, Four Seasons, etc.)Certification in Quality Management (ISO 9001) or similarExperience with BIM (Building Information Modeling)Language proficiency in [Local Language + English]Join an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in. #ShapingaWorldofTrust #leaveyourmark.
