Philippines Phoenix Water Solutions - Ensure Partner Full time ₱450,000 - ₱720,000 per year

We're seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to join our growing design-build team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning design concepts into construction-ready drawings and producing colored renderings and 3D visuals to help clients and project teams visualize our work.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare CAD/BIM drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details (AutoCAD required; Chief Architect/SketchUp a plus)
  • Produce colored renderings and 3D visualizations for presentations and client review
  • Create construction-ready documentation for projects
  • Prepare documents required for city/permit submissions
  • Coordinate drawings with consultants, subcontractors, and project managers
  • Maintain file organization, version control, and drafting standards
  • Support field teams with as-built drawings and markups
  • Assist in preparing material and product documentation for construction

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience as an Architectural Drafter, preferably in a design-build or architectural firm
  • Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field
  • Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD required; Chief Architect/SketchUp a plus)
  • Ability to produce high-quality colored renderings and 3D visualizations
  • Knowledge of construction methods and design-build processes
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with field and design teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
