London Outsourced is a boutique contracting agency focused on connecting our clients in America, Europe, and Asia with highly talented individuals, with a team size of around 20-30 employees based all over the Philippines.

Right now, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Migration Specialist to lead and execute the migration of our team from Microsoft Outlook to Google Workspace. This is a project-based role that requires the technical expertise of both platforms to ensure a smooth and secure transition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and execute the migration of email, calendars, contacts, and files from Microsoft Outlook/Exchange to Google Workspace.
  • Configure Google Workspace accounts, permissions, and security settings to the company's perference.
  • Coordinate with team for any concerns regarding the migration.
  • Deliver a project completion report by the end of the project.
  • Provide support to the team when complications arise after the migration.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in email and system migrations, specifically Microsoft Outlook/Exchange to Google Workspace.
  • Strong technical knowledge of both Microsoft and Google platforms (Exchange, Outlook, Google Workspace Admin Console, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members throughout the transition.
