What you'll be doing
- Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of cash deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions
- Maintain strict adherence to cash handling procedures and security protocols to prevent loss or theft
- Reconcile cash drawers and documentation at the start and end of each shift
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with branch management and team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
