Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable Courier / Messenger Driver / Company Driver to handle the safe and timely delivery of documents, parcels, and other items. The role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide good customer service while representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up and deliver documents, parcels, and packages to clients, offices, or designated locations.
  • Verify recipient information and obtain signatures or proof of delivery.
  • Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Handle items with care and ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents.
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, etc.).
  • Keep delivery logs, mileage records, and receipts organized.
  • Follow traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist with other errands or tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license (with appropriate restriction code)
  • Proven driving experience, preferably as a courier, messenger, or delivery driver.
  • Proven driving experience as a courier, messenger, or company driver.
  • Clean driving record with no major violations.
  • Good knowledge of local routes and navigation apps.
  • Physically fit to lift and carry packages when required.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Honest, reliable, trustworthy, discreet and able to handle confidential information.
  • Courteous, professional, and service-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog. (preferred)
  • Good knowledge of local routes, shortcuts, and traffic conditions.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure (e.g., heavy traffic).
  • Strong time-management and organized skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in courier or logistics services or corporate driving is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
  • Ability to handle cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions, if applicable.
  • Flexibility to work beyond regular hours, weekends, or holidays if required.
  • Ability to multitask, follow instructions carefully, and work minimal supervision.
  • Strong sense of professional responsibility, loyal, and integrity.

Education:

  • High School/Senior High School (Preferred)

Language:

  • English or Tagalog (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php10, Php13,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Tacloban City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
