Job Title: Messenger Driver / Company Driver

Location: Tacloban City

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable Messenger Driver / Company Driver to ensure the safe, timely, and professional delivery of documents, parcels, and other items. The role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing good customer service while representing the company with integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver documents, parcels, and packages to clients, offices, and designated locations
  • Verify recipient information and obtain signatures or proof of delivery.
  • Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Handle items with care and maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents.
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and receipts.
  • Follow traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist with errands or other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent (Senior High School preferred)
  • Valid driver's license with appropriate restriction code
  • Proven driving experience as a messenger or company driver
  • Clean driving record with no major violations
  • Good knowledge of local routes, shortcuts, and navigation apps
  • Physically fit to lift and carry packages when needed
  • Honest, reliable, trustworthy, and discreet with confidential information
  • Courteous, professional, and service-oriented
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure (e.g., heavy traffic)

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in courier, logistics, or corporate driving
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
  • Ability to handle cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions, if required
  • Flexibility to work beyond regular hours, weekends, or holidays
  • Ability to multitask, follow instructions carefully, and work with minimal supervision
  • Strong sense of responsibility, loyalty, and integrity

Education:

  • High School / Senior High School (Preferred)

Language

  • English and Tagalog (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php10, Php13,000.00 per month
