Job Description

  • Employee Data Management - Collating employee feedback and recording | Analysis of data
  • HR Systems -Accurately prepares attendance report for payroll | Checks attendance entry
  • Payroll - Accurately prepares payroll
  • Employee Benefits - Facilitates processing of benefits covering leaves, medical and hospital benefits, insurance and other benefits the company provides, and government mandatory benefits
  • Administrative Support - Processes requisitions for supplies, equipment and funds | Assists in conducting employee orientation and training and development activities, including facilitating evaluation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Atleast 2 years of relevant experience - With compensation and benefits experience
  • Graduate of any related course
  • Amenable to work in Pasig City Office
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Salary is negotiable based on experience
