Job Brief

We are seeking a part‑time Marketing Manager to oversee core marketing functions, including PR activity, content planning, and social media execution. The role supports an integrated fundraising and marketing agency working with purpose‑led brands and not‑for‑profit organisations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage PR activity, including case studies.
  • Oversee the marketing plan and ensure timely execution.
  • Manage the content calendar across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee organic social media content posting across all platforms.

Requirements

  • 3+ years social and content marketing experience
  • Experience managing PR, content planning, and social media.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Desirable

  • Experience working with purpose‑led brands or not‑for‑profit organisations.

Personal Attributes

  • Organised and proactive.
  • Strong communicator.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Education

  • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Time Zone: Australian Business Hours
