Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager who can handle marketing strategy and execution across two distinct brands: IV20 Spirits (a premium terp-vodka & cannabis-beverage brand) and SM Services (consulting + digital solutions). This role isn't just social media — you're managing multiple campaigns, channels, visuals, video, analytics, and will jump between consumer-brand and B2B environments. You'll own projects end-to-end, take direction, execute reliably, and bring strategic thinking plus hands-on output.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Multi-Channel Execution
- Develop integrated marketing plans for each brand (IV20 Spirits + SM Services) aligned with business goals.
- Manage multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously across both brands (launches, events, influencer activations, trade shows, content campaigns).
- Oversee and execute marketing through social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), email/SMS, influencer/UGC, paid ads (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), and offline/trade-show support.
- Own the content calendar, creative pipeline, visuals, videos, and campaign assets for both brands.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, resource allocation, and vendor/agency relationships as needed.
Design, Video & Content Production
- Create on-brand graphics, social creatives, event/trade-show materials, investor decks.
- Produce short-form video content (reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and repurpose into multiple formats.
- Ensure brand consistency across consumer (IV20) and B2B (SM Services) channels.
Campaign Tools & Marketing Automation
- Use tools such as GoHighLevel (or similar) to set up email/SMS campaigns tied to social/paid campaigns.
- Maintain contact lists, tags, engagement workflows, and campaign-reporting infrastructure.
- Pull analytics and performance data, interpret results, and feed recommendations into strategy.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report key metrics across both brands: follower growth, reach, engagement, conversions, lead generation (especially for SM Services).
- Prepare regular reports and present insights, recommendations for next-steps, optimizations.
- Use data to continuously improve campaign performance, creative effectiveness, and cross-brand synergies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in marketing management (multi-channel) with demonstrated ability to handle multiple brands/projects simultaneously.
- Experience in both consumer-brand marketing (ideally lifestyle/spirits/beverage) and B2B marketing (services/consulting).
- Strong skills in design tools (Canva + Adobe Suite) and video editing (CapCut or equivalent).
- Deep knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), paid ads, influencer campaigns.
- Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools (GoHighLevel or similar) and campaign analytics.
- Excellent project-management skills, ability to take direction, manage multiple stakeholders, brands, deadlines.
- Creative thinker, strong visual and storytelling sense, high attention to detail.
Success Metrics
- For IV20 Spirits: Notable community growth, high-engagement content/videos, strong influencer-activation outcomes.
- For SM Services: Increased LinkedIn presence, inbound leads growth, credible professional brand positioning.
- Across both: Efficient project delivery (on time, on budget), consistent brand identity, measurable improvement in KPIs month-over-month.
