We are looking for a Marketing Manager to work with our Australian client in the footwear retail industry. The rle will start part-time and then move to full-time in a few months could be sooner.

You'll handle paid ads, EDMs, funnel building, and customer journeys across B2B, online B2C, and future retail channels.

This role needs someone who can think clearly, understand what good marketing looks like, and execute without hand-holding.

What You'll DoPaid Advertising

  • Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads end-to-end
  • Build high-quality campaigns aimed at conversion
  • Drive traffic to websites and optimise for list building
  • Create remarketing journeys that turn interest into action

Email Marketing (EDMs)

  • Review our previous 10+ EDMs to understand themes, tone, style, and communication flow
  • Build new EDM sequences for both B2B and B2C
  • Write engaging copy, choose strong visuals, and create clean layouts
  • Set up automated conversions and nurture journeys

Marketing Funnels & Conversion

  • Bring paid traffic into the database
  • Create logical email journeys that convert
  • Understand customer decision-making across online and retail environments
  • Build marketing assets that support future retail openings

General Marketing

  • Market research across B2B, B2C online, and B2C retail
  • Brand consistency across ads, EDMs, website content, and socials
  • Support marketing planning for upcoming physical store launches
  • Drive continuous improvement on messaging and performance

What We're Looking For

  • Experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads, EDM platforms
  • Strong understanding of B2B, online B2C, and retail B2C marketing
  • Excellent copywriting, content structure, and communication style
  • Ability to analyse previous campaigns and replicate the winning patterns
  • Someone who can understand expectations clearly and execute independently
  • Experience in marketing life cycles (awareness → acquisition → conversion → retention)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
