Qualifications:

  • Preferably a college graduate, IE or any related discipline

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervises the day-to-day warehousing activities such as inbound and outbound operations of the Distribution Hub.
  • Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse staff, ensuring workloads are balanced.
  • Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures and workflows to optimize productivity.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and condition of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Address quality issues promptly and work on continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate the picking and dispatching of customer orders (SO/STO), meeting the required delivery dates.
  • Verify order accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and finance, sales group, transport team, and shipping team customer service, etc. to meet operational goals.
  • Regularly assesses the team's performance to ensure adherence to established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and discrepancies in a timely manner and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Adheres to the established Good Warehousing Practices (GWP) implemented within the Distribution Hub.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Provides regular operational performance reports for evaluating team capabilities and identifying issues requiring management intervention.
  • Generate Monthly MOR (Monthly Operations Review) Reports to present the performance and challenges of Monthly KPIs to the Territory Head.
