Job Description:

  • Attends to all clients inquiries and booking of interment services, through phone, in person or online
  • Works with the Interment Services Supervisor to manage interment schedules and ensure that interment service standards are followed.
  • Prepares and processes Interment Orders.
  • Communicates accurate information on interment policies, procedures, requirements, fees and the like.
  • Assists the Interment Services Supervisor in coordinating with interment services contractors, technical team, and other 3rd party suppliers and service providers on interment related matters.
  • Responds to customer service issues related to interments in a timely manner.
  • Works with the Interment Services Supervisor to implement the customer feedback survey and system, including collating responses and putting together monthly reports.
  • Monitors and tracks delivery and billing of interment supplies.
  • Prepares necessary job orders, payment requests and other documents as required for interments.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any four-year college course.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy and compassion.
  • Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when handling emotional, irate, or demanding customers.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Willing to work in Santa Rosa, Nueva Ecija.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
