DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer calls and customer concerns
• Needs to know basic product knowledge to be able to provide information about the
company’s products and service
• Take orders, determine charges, oversee billings and payments
• Handle customer complaints and returns
• Refer customer complaints to supervisors, managers and salespersons
• Invoicing
• Assist in bidding preparations
• Make sure all orders are processed
• Various reports

Must have:
• Graduate of any 4-year course
• The applicant needs to be computer literate: Word & Excel.
• The applicant needs to have good communication and inter-personal skills

Nice to have:
• The applicant who has basic accounting subjects is an advantage.
• The applicant with experience in customer service is an advantage
