We're seeking a NetSuite Functional Consultant who also enjoys creating educational content for finance, accounting, and ERP professionals.

This is a hybrid role — part consulting, part content creation. You'll support NetSuite client projects while producing insightful blog posts and LinkedIn articles that help users and executives better understand NetSuite's capabilities, best practices, and decision-making impact.


Key Responsibilities

Functional Consulting (60%)

  • Support client projects involving NetSuite configuration, optimization, and user training.
  • Conduct business process analysis for accounting, finance, and inventory workflows.
  • Assist with documentation, testing, and functional enhancements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and post-go-live support.

Content Creation (40%)

  • Write LinkedIn posts, blog articles, and short insights on NetSuite and accounting topics.
  • Create educational content explaining NetSuite workflows, financial reporting, and automation use cases.
  • Use Canva and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney) to generate graphics, visuals, or ideas.
  • Translate consulting experiences into thought-leadership content for accountants, CFOs, and ERP users.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a regular content calendar and social visibility.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of NetSuite functional consulting experience, ideally in accounting, finance, or operations modules.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and ERP workflows.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills — able to explain technical or financial concepts clearly.
  • Experience creating or reviewing written materials such as process docs, SOPs, or training materials.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and content writing best practices.
  • Proficiency in Canva required; basic use of AI tools for ideation and visuals a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to balance consulting and creative tasks.

Work Setup
  • Part-Time (approx. 20 hours per week, flexible schedule)
  • Remote (Cebu preferred)
  • Schedule aligned with U.S. business hours when needed
