Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Netsuite QA Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Netsuite implementations and enhancements through comprehensive testing and validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Netsuite applications.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system quality.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues using bug tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and new deployments by performing pre- and post-implementation testing.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
  • Provide detailed reports on testing progress, issues, and resolutions.
  • Assist in training and supporting end-users during go-live and post-implementation phases.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in QA testing, preferably with Netsuite or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of Netsuite modules, workflows, and customization.
  • Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of scripting or automation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
